Beautiful 3 bedroom cottage with its very own enclosed paved garden with BBQ area. This cottage is ideal for families and popular with retreats/groups looking for a country escape. The cottage is consists of 1 Super king room, 1 twin room that if requested before arrival can be converted to a super-king and a third twin bedroom. You will find a family bathroom on the first floor with bath or downstairs an electric shower and toilet. This cottage boasts a large kitchen/dining area with the ability to host large meals ideal if you have booked multiple cottages. As with all our cottages Linhay is equipped with a Netflix* ready TV ideal for you to log in and watch a film.

FAQ
All of our cottage come with bed linen (except for cots) & towels if you require a fresh towels at any point please ask.
Phone signal can be hit and miss dependant on provider and with thick walls you may find you have to step outside. We do offer free wifi.
Yes, but please bare in mind in peak season there can be limited parking and we ask you do not park out the main house.
Only park in the main guest car park. Not outside the farm house
By car its a few minutes, if you fancy a lovely riverside walk it will take around 30-40 mins.
We have a limited amount of rackets available and they do go missing from time to time. We recommend bring your own.
Yes we can all we ask is you bring your own bedding.
Regrettably no with construction restrictions on cottages we are unable to make various changes to buildings

We are nestled in slopes of the Sid Valley in an area of outstanding beauty, and offer affordable accommodation in Devon with the added bonus of being open all year.
The cottages are based on an historic farm with each cottage full of character. All of our properties are dog friendly and all except for Granary has its own garden.
Our cottages come in different shapes and sizes ranging from sleeping 2 to 6 people. Cottages can be rented for a week or more during peak periods. Off peak we accept a minimum 2 night stay all prices are inclusive of bed linen, towels and heating.
Kitchens are fully equipped, with dishwashers, cookers, kettle, toaster and microwave. Washing machines are available in the laundry you can also find an iron and ironing broad here.

Jackie2023-10-12Super Autumnal Break ☺ The location was amazing. Beautiful cottage in a fabulous location. Very dog friendly, which was excellent, and we could exercise our dogs on the farm too! The cottage was cosy and yet deceptively spacious. All bedrooms upstairs were in great condition, as was the bathroom. The bedroom next to the living room would benefit from a new bed and minor repair to wardrobe, but other than that, it was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped, and we enjoyed cooking in it. The microwave needs replacing as it is rusted internally. Other nice to haves would be a hoover and dust pan and brush so we could clean the property more effectively and an iron/ironing board. Very friendly and helpful staff. ☺ The lay-out of the accommodation suited us perfectly, (2+2 upstairs with bathroom and 2 downstairs with small en-suite shower). Good sized lounge and fairly well-equipped kitchen with dining table. ☹ No measuring jug, no clothes horse or washing line, dog poo in the garden!
